"You will have a good laugh with Marie because she has such a fun happy personality! We made a friend which is always a plus when you are a guest in a Foreign country . The home has a very good energy in a prime location to the main street . We took the bus to Bristol for the airport and the bus stop is literally in front of the house . The outdoor garden was my favorite and all the selection of Puka Teas . Lots of Love , from The Idaho girls x"

"Rie’s Retreat is magical. I, how the retreat for 10 women here, and it was idyllic. Her home is spacious, beautiful, peaceful and full of space to reflect and connect, including the most beautiful gardens with dozens of different flowers growing. Her space is filled with positive energy, you can feel the healing powers on the land. And Rie is incredible! First, she is so friendly, personable, and fun! She is also so helpful about everything you need, whether it’s recommendations for activities, or transportation or grocery shopping. She is also an incredible chef, and I highly recommend having her cook your meals for you, as she will make you feel so well fed, pampered, and taken care of. Her meals are healthy and delicious! Even her healthy continental breakfast and snacks are amazing! We all loved the space and the beauty. It’s so close to town and to all Glastonbury sites. I will definitely bring groups of women back here, as Rie is now a friend and sister to us all."

"This is a lovely place. It is the host's home, and she takes great care to provide all the amenities her guests need. Guests use a spotless full bathroom with a large bathtub. Breakfast consisted of a help yourself spread of toast, eggs, yogurt and a lovely fresh fruit salad. Wells is a small city, so it's rather easy to navigate by foot. This was a nice walk to the cathedral (great) and the high street. My only problem was that the flat was up four flights. Otherwise, Rie's is ideal. This is truly five stars."

"We wish it was a longer stay. The home is so well stocked and decorated with love that we found it hard to actually leave. If you need a place to relax and enjoy everything within walking distance this is the one. We were a family of 5 and it was more than enough space to pass the day. Don't forget the wonderful backyard with many plants and views of the town. We were also supplied with plenty of yummy healthy options to eat. The host was quick to help and we can't wait for another opportunity to enjoy Glastonbury at Rie's! Pura Vida"

"Absolutely loved our stay. Rie was a great host, very thoughtful and was very good at communicating and responsive to our contact. Bed was very comfortable and we generally felt very comfortable within the flat. Lovely breakfast provided and town is minutes walk away with plently to see. Would recommend a visit!"

We initially chose Rie’s Retreat for the location, we wanted to visit Glastonbury and see the carnival, as Rie had reassured me on booking, the location was perfect. The space is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed with some really great touches like lovely bathroom products and some delicious breakfast goodies. We met Rie on arrival and she was super helpful, we had rented the entire house so after checking we we happy with everything she left us to it :-) I would happily recommend Rie’s Retreat :-)
